Join Goldie, Paul Oakenfold and more in telling the story of Agony & Ecstacy’s three part special.

This Friday evening at 21.00 hrs, the first episode of “The Agony and The Ecstasy”, a three part series on the emergence of Acid House and the way it has developed and subsequently the impact it has had across Britain and the world will be shown. It features a range of characters who were there from the start, DJ’s, promoters, police and others.

It is a historic series that also shines a light on some of the current issues we have all faced and also includes NTIA Chair Alan Miller in the series, in later episodes particularly talking about challenges but also things that are improving and how we can continue all of this.

“The Agony and The Ecstasy is an honest and entertaining series told by the people who are responsible for one of the most important movements ever to have happened with youth culture. We have so much to be thankful for how much the world has changed and the contribution that Acid House pioneers made. The legacy lives on in every part of our culture today and our cities and countries are all the better for it!” – Alan Miller, NTIA Chairman
