Chicane announces Live Symphonic Performance at London’s Royal Festival Hall

Electronic music icon Chicane has today announced a very special date at Londonโ€™s prestigious Royal Festival Hall on Saturday 29th March 2025.
ย
Playing a live symphonic performance of his huge 2023 release, โ€˜Far From the Maddening Crowd – Symphonic Rehearsalโ€™; a rework of the iconic first album – this will be a once in a lifetime show, never to be repeated.
ย
Renowned for his signature fusion of ambient, house, and trance, Chicane has remained a major force in the music world. Since establishing himself in 1997 with the seminal single ‘Offshore’ followed by the album ‘Far From The Maddening Crowds’ and Top 5 album ‘Behind The Sun’ (2000), Chicane has never stopped progressing. Currently in his ninth studio album and with โ€˜Far From the Maddening Crowds – Symphonic Rehearsalsโ€™ a recent worldwide Number 1, Chicane continues to influence both long time fans and a younger generation of DJs.
ย
With his last five albums achieving worldwide success, many will be familiar with his catalogue of timeless classics that have been passed down generationally; โ€œSaltwater,โ€ โ€œHalcyon,โ€ โ€œDonโ€™t Give Up,โ€ and โ€œPoppihollaโ€ to name a few. Having worked with an impressive and diverse roster of names such as Bryan Adams, Sir Tom Jones, Natasha Bedingfield, Adam Young, Cher, Kate Walsh, Christian Burns, Paul Aiden, Lisa Gerrard, Nathan Nicholson; as well as new and up and coming artists such as the Maltese singer Joseph Aquilina, and the Icelandic band Vigri, his music has spanned decades and genres.
ย
Chicane is set to release his ninth studio album, โ€˜Trampolinesโ€™, on 15th November. The new project has already been making waves globally, with uplifting single โ€˜Love, Love, Love โ€“ Here I Comeโ€™ receiving significant airplay on BBC Radio, his new chilled, piano-focused dance track ‘The Sleepless Year’ as well as remixes coming in by celebrated artists Ciaran McAuley and Kryder.
ย
2025 is earmarked as a โ€˜LIVEโ€™ year. His return to the live circuit follows the success of his sold-out 2024 event,ย A Day with Chicane, at 338 in London and sporadic sets of very small club shows in support of small venues – some as intimate as 300 capacity. About to embark on a new ground breaking DJ tour this month, next year will see even more exciting live performances, including the new orchestral show at Londonโ€™s Royal Festival Hall and full-band gigs.
ย
Tickets for the London show will go on sale Thursday 10th October at 10am and will be available fromย www.gigsandtours.comย /ย www.ticketmaster.co.uk
