Soney Souza AKA Soney is a DJ based in Curitiba, Brazil and Tallinn, Estonia. He grew up listening many musical styles international, national and regional, but the great divides within his musical style today were Jean Michel Jarre, Kitaro and Vangelis. The synth sounds are what has directed him to electronic music, to Trance and the progressive sounds, mainly in 1996 with “Robert Miles – Children”.
Soney has been a DJ since 1999 and today he follows mainly the Progressive and Techno tendencies and elements that can bring a journey, a story and some feelings to the people. As displayed with his winning December mix of the month submission you can enjoy his carefully thought transitions and track selection.
