Electric Gardens festival announces Eric Prydz, Basement Jaxx and Guy Mantzur for Perth show

Following the recent announcement from ELECTRIC GARDENS FESTIVAL that one of the most extraordinarily talented artists currently on the world stage (ERIC PRYDZ) is confirmed to play one epic show in PERTH on FEBRUARY 4, 2017 for the very first time, Electric Gardens is thrilled to announce that Eric will be joined by none other than two times BRIT award winners and global chart toppers, BASEMENT JAXX (DJ set).

Surfacing from the underground house music scene of the late 90’s, BASEMENT JAXX will be bringing their high energy, distinctive DJ style to the stage of Red Hill Auditorium in what promises to be an electric night with some of the greatest house music tunes being spun from sunset. After 20 years, 7 albums and hit after hit that steamrolled through the charts, Basement Jaxx are the seminal funk monster that keeps an audience (young or old ) partying all night.

“There is no way you can fault Basement Jaxx! From live shows to DJ sets, they know how to work their crowd and they do it so effortlessly. No matter what venue they take over, each set is completely different and it was genuinely exciting to see what they would throw in the mix next.” – Skiddle

Joining both Eric Prydz and Basement Jaxx (DJ Set) on the night will also be Israeli GUY MANTZUR playing sunset at the picturesque open-air Red Hill Auditorium! Instantly recognisable through his hypnotic melodies and seductive grooves, both in his productions and his DJ sets, his unique style and unrivalled technique allows him to regularly play alongside a very diverse selection of international stars, such as Sasha, John Digweed, Pan-Pot, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Tiesto, Nic Fanciulli. As a result, Guy’s skills behind the decks have been recognised at the prestigious XL Awards, where he received the accolade of “Israel’s Best Underground DJ.
