Enzo Siragusa drops the superb double sided ‘Hard Steppers EP’ on Fuse

Artist: Enzo Siragusa
Title: Hard Steppers EP
Label: Fuse London
Release: Out Now!
Genre: Tech House

Fuse boss Enzo Siragusa drops his double sided EP to his own imprint this winter to keep up the incredible momentum that has spilled over from a successful summer, which included a campaign in collaboration with HYTE at Amnesia, Ibiza. As you would expect from the dedicated and passionate House maestro, there is an efficient show of force created throughout the 2 tracks and it truly does the job of getting us Hard Stepping.

‘Flexin’ uses a weighty kick drum and thick low toms to create a deep, rumbling groove whilst warm hats pilot the high end. A build intensifies, a filtered pad makes things interesting, out of nowhere, the track slams in and a chorused bass takes things to another level. Old school stabs echo along to give a nostalgic House feel we can all enjoy. This is a special record and has all the characteristics needed to enlighten the surrounding vibe.

‘Jump Up’ has that complete classic House sound. The swing of the drums gets us in full motion from the get go. Superb synths add a solid consistency whilst a bright vocal adds a trippy twist to fill the gauge. Again, the warm analog vibes add such a wonderful character, it’s hard not to fall head over heels with the astounding production quality. We can certainly see why these records were such hits in Enzo’s sets over the summer. There is enough impact there to trigger mayhem on any dancefloor!
