A year after his debut release on Needwant, Lithuanian artist Few Nolder returns for the label’s landmark 50th release and it is one you are not going to want to miss! The dark, deep, synth driven sound of Few Nolder does an incredible job of opening the neural pathways and getting us well and truly in the zone. With a top notch remix from the hotly tipped producer Octo Octa, this is an EP that will really get you moving.
The original mix of ‘Porcelain’ is pure and absolute Deep House. This is the type of underground sound that makes an everlasting mark on the world of electronic music. Truly unique and full of energy, Few Nolder has created a piece that garners inspiration from a wide range of styles and. in return, gives off inspirational vibes to masses of passionate music fans.
Octo Octa’s remix display’s why the producer is so hotly tipped. Everything sounds solid and brilliantly balanced. The drum work is an absolute joy and she displays absolute talent throughout the remix, from the highest to the deepest frequencies. Octo Octa, remember the name. Fantastic remix.
‘Chant’ is something spectacular. Once again we have something absolutely unique in every sense. The track is fun and light hearted. Strange percussion gives the track a shuffled groove whilst a bright arpeggio aligns with a nice vocal to give a huge shine at the top end. The driven saw bass delivers the feeling of joyous emotion and this track becomes another absolute gem. What a brilliant and one of a kind EP this is.
