Guy Gerber All Night Long
19th November
Koko
London
Respected DJ and producer Guy Gerber will be gracing infamous Camden venue KOKO for the first time this November, playing from open to close. The 1500 capacity former theatre should provide an atmospheric setting for Guy’s particular brand of enigmatic house and techno.
He’s well known for his extended sets, exemplified by his 12 hour session at Burning Man; now, you can experience a taste of this for his seven-hour KOKO event – a rarity in London. Expect a mixture of Guy’s own new and unreleased materials, RUMORS releases past and present and a few twists and turns along the way. Further details are still to be announced, but the Israeli producer has promised he is curating something very special. Stay tuned for more updates and the on-sale date to be announced very soon.
About Guy Gerber
A truly multi talented artist, Guy Gerber is as revered for his DJ sets and live shows as he is for his production or A&Ring skills. Having made the Resident Advisor top 10 touring live act for three years in a row, his landmark fabric 64 mix – inspired by minimalist composer Steve Reich – was entirely comprised of his own productions. After the success of his Supplement Facts imprint, in 2014 Guy started an entirely new project: RUMORS.
Now in its second year, the label’s roster can boast the likes of Dixon, Seth Troxler, Miss Kittin and Chaim as well as intriguing new artists like Clarian, Acid Mondays and Lake People. Guy’s latest EP on the label, Secret Encounters, has been a runaway success, hitting #1 on Juno. Meanwhile the accompanying event series continues to grow outside of its well-known Ibiza residency, with RUMORS spreading to London, Sardinia, Mykonos, Tel Aviv and LA in addition to previous successes at Art Basel Miami and BPM Mexico.
