Imaginarium Leeds announces Autumn & Winter events

Now one of the most essential independent spaces in the centre of Leeds, The Imaginarium keeps up momentum after a superb summer run with another carefully curated autumn programme featuring the likes of Laura Jones & VRSION, Junki Inoue, Steevio & Suzy B, Andrew James Gustav, Velvet Velour, KRN, PBR Streetgang, James Holroyd and more. For tickets and further information head to www.imaginarium.space.

It is now a year since The Imaginarium was set up in the centre of town in its current location. The new look space is a bohemian one with a laid back vibe in the day that welcomes people to dig in the record store, browse the plant shop and enjoy some decent coffee in the cafe. As such it sits at the heart of Leeds’ creative community as well as offering up a superb mix of events that span many different sounds and scenes. Just 120 people get to dance at each one meaning there is an alway intimate vibe and though the sound system is key to it all, so is the warm and friendly vibe and diverse and inclusive outlook that means people from all walks of life can call it home.

October will welcome real Interactions Culture and Louie G as well as Radio Alhaara and NARR residents, then the minimal sounds of Junki Inoue and local legend Laura Jones as well as VRSION. November kicks off with Cosmos Sufi playing Friday Feeling, then the influential Freerotation founders Steevio & Suzy B stop by before Shunt Voltage with cult selector and famously deep digger Andrew James Gustav and KRN all see out the month. December has many surprises to come but already boasts the classy house, electro and breaks of Velvet Velour and legendary former Back to Basics resident James Holroyd with a huge NYE party to be announced.
