It is a pleasure to introduce fellow This Is Progressive man Jaap Ligthart. A man who is a rising star in the world of underground and very well produced progressive music and a man whoโs releases have often featured in sets by the likes of Sasha, John Digwwed, Tiesto and Dave Seaman. With releases on labels such as Manual Music, 3rd Anvenue, Baroque and Recovery Tech you know that you are going to be greeted with quality.
First up with have Jaapโs original which is a track full of warmth and some very addictive cymbal rides. The track has warm pads throughout and a great rumbling baseline that would wake any dance floor into some grooves and shape throwing. A track that would suit any warm up to mid time set and one I seriously rate (and no I am not being biased). Great work Mr Ligthart
Next up we have the Sjoerd remix which does pick up the pace slightly from Jaapโs original. Very similar in many ways but just comes across as a little darker and moodier than the original and a lot more aggressive! The track has a very nice break that builds and continues to build throughout with some great atmospheric sounds. One track I can certainly hear Mr Digweed playing!
A great release on C-Jayโs label here and both tracks here that will cater for most of your needs in regards the dance floor and isnโt that why we all play tracksโฆ To dance and be happy? If you like your EDM you need not listen to this, as you may be offended!
