A pioneer of Detroit Techno and one-third of the celebrated Belleville Three, iconic producer Kevin Saunderson returns to his famed Inner City alias on his latest release, “Good Luck,” out now via KMS Records as part of the iconic label’s 30th anniversary run. With the first Inner City original seeing its release in 1989, “Good Luck” maintains the rich, underground-facing roots of its predecessors, and delivers a production that is both modern and contemporary. Inner City’s latest offering builds upon layers of hi-hats, kick drums, synths, and classic house vocals all of which nod to Inner City’s rich musical heritage.
To coincide with the release, Kevin Saunderson will also be embarking on the 30th Anniversary tour for his KMS Records label. The tour spans the month of March and it starts this weekend in San Francisco and will take Kevin to Chicago, Detroit and also to Miami later in the month to celebrate KMS Records’ 30th anniversary in style during Miami Music Week.
