Hustle and SuncéBeat are very proud to present the inaugural edition of the Liverpool Disco Festival on Saturday 29th October, set across the renascent Baltic Triangle district of the city.

Hustle have for many years set the city’s soundtrack for state-side house sounds, with epic weekly parties introducing many seminal names and bringing back old flames who have previously lit up Liverpool. The sublime SuncéBeat is one of Croatia’s leading festivals set in beautiful Tisno, drawing music lovers from across the world to an intimate Adriatic odyssey, inspired by the legendary Southport Weekender.

Bringing together some of the most iconic global names together from the disco, house, garage, soul and funk spectrum for one magical day and night, Liverpool Disco Festival is a celebration of all things soulful, seductive and scintillating running from midday to midnight, with after parties taking things late into the night. The festival will feature mesmerising live shows and DJ master classes from some of the world’s biggest artists, set in some of the Liverpool’s finest music environments. As the city continues to bloom, with a vibrant music, arts and cultural scene, Liverpool Disco Festival will bring a brand new dynamic to the city.

The headliners for Liverpool Disco Festival include Inside Out’s Odyssey and their spectacular full live 7-piece band; Masters at Work’s legend Louie Vega with a Paradise Garage Classics Set; decadent Playboy Mansion spinner Dimitri From Paris; Spen and Karizma going back to back covering everything from Afro-funk to broken beat and hip-hop; revered techno titan Juan Atkins plays a special Detroit Classics Set; master M&M remixer and John Morales returns to Liverpool; and sublimely deep crate-digging from Chicago’s Rahaan.

Due to an overwhelming demand, the original plans have been extended in the culturally creative area of Liverpool that regularly draws comparison with NYC’s meat-packing district, filled with raw-brick warehouses, converted open spaces, clubs, bars and restaurants. Taking place in the Great Baltic Warehouse, New Bird Street, the Botanical Garden, Constellations and 24 Kitchen Street, the festival offers a range of intimate spaces to savour some amazing music. Liverpool has long enjoyed a special relationship with New York, and Liverpool Disco Festival will celebrate this union in fine style indeed, as the state-side’s own musical and clubbing DNA flows freely in Liverpool.

With new space to programme, further stellar guests include Kon, Al Kent, Neil Pierse, Reg Greg, Marcel Vogel, Davide Fiorese, Mr Mendel, Get Down Edits, Yam Who, Hustle DJs, No Fakin DJs, Natasha Kitty Kat, Kamma & Masalo, Groovement Soul and many more in support. The Baltic Triangle is a historic city central area, which is enjoying a burgeoning renaissance. Just a stone’s throw from the Albert Dock – the city’s World Heritage Site – and shopping hotspot Liverpool One, the Triangle has been reclaimed and resurrected by a growing colony of creative people and independent venues, with many boutique hotels in the city for anyone wanting to stay over for the festival. The partying then continues deep into the night with a ‘Lumberjacks In Hell’ special with Rahaan, Red Greg, Marvel Vogel and Mr Mendel at Constellations, with a second after party at New Bird Warehouse to be revealed soon.
