This week we go live, with Rodriguez Jr. at Burning Man 2023 (yes, that same one that flooded) he explains his set;
“I had the chance to meet the Robot Heart crew twelve years ago in NYC for a giant Halloween party where I played on the ‘copy bus’. That was a life-changing moment somehow. I realized my music could be the soundtrack for a world that’s beyond our imagination, far from my Paris studio.
In 2023, I come full circle by performing at Burning Man for the very first time with my partner Liset Alea. This Thursday sunset set was a moment we’ll savour for years to come.
In this live recording, you’ll hear: Liset singing 30 feet above the ground from inside the blinking heart, the voices of multiple colourful creatures dancing all around us, the massive Know Audio custom sound system rumbling under our feet, the laughter of unicorns, dragons and shamans… and if you really listen carefully you might even hear the buzz of a billion stars shimmering above our head.
