If there is one thing that excites me the most when I hear new material, it’s when you hear something like nothing you have heard before. Something that makes you feel like you have just unlocked the door to another plain of existence. This album from Nandu delivers that feeling to great effect.

Here we have a collection of fantastically bizarre electronic tracks where you can really feel the emotional content that has gone into it. The ultra fresh drums, nuclear basslines and sparkling melodies throughout draw us in and send us into the epic plains in the Nandu universe.

The LP features collaborations with brilliant vocalists Marc Facchini and Tyra, both of which suit the musical style perfectly. Their voices really unlock the imagination and the lyrics help us gain a great understanding of the artistic process of Marc, Tyra and Nandu. Three artists who have gone hand in hand to make this album shine and create something which will grip all who fall under its spell!

‘Du feat. Tyra’ is one of my favourites from the album. The hypnotic vocal chop surrounds the well-designed drums, topped with a vocal harmony, stunning chords and a melodic cast of elements. We are instantly hypnotised as the vocal chop introduces us to what is to come. An assortment of tones create a rainbow, layers of colourful emotions. What an awe-inspiring piece of music, one that will be on my playlist for years to come.

The soothing, trance-inducing melodies are rich throughout the album. Huge, cinematic tracks like ‘Crush’ fill the room with epic vibrations. The mechanical synth lines of ‘Dawn’ take our minds elsewhere, a trip into the depths of outer space.

The airy ‘Stille’ delights us with its ambient arpeggio, filtered atmosphere, and robust reverb. The tight transients of the hats compliment the rest of the percussion beautifully. A low, off-beat groove pumps like the underlying heartbeat of the album. Nandu really knows how to enchant the audience!

‘Lights Off’ has a much more distinguished Techno sound, with an original rolling Techno bass to accompany the exclusive Nandu sound. Glorious melodies cement together the two seemingly different styles accomplished throughout the track. In one hand we have the symphonic side of Nandu and on the other, we have the heavy, deep, bass driven side; both of which are on show all the way from track 1 to 14. That’s right, we have a whole 14 tracks of magic to lose ourselves in and gift us with the endorphin response our brain craves.

Uncreasing. Limitless. A Constant Circle‘. That is the slogan of the label and I believe the response that slogan gauges is captured wonderfully throughout ‘Love You Till The End’. Limitless is a great way to describe Nandu’s talent. The Danes goal to create a unique, deep and refreshing sound has been achieved beyond doubt. The sky is certainly the limit and I am already very excited to see what the future holds! This is an album sure to electrify our impulses and give us a great insight into the musical mind of Nandu.
