Nathan Fake reworks The Micronaut’s ‘Archery’

English electronic music producer Nathan Fake, known for his left-field productions via Ninja Tune, Domino, Warp and Kompakt, lends his deep grooves to The Micronaut’s track Archery creating a mind-bending piece of electro.

“The result is something quite trippy compared to the original, I think. It works really well being taken in this direction,” notes Nathan who used the track’s original bass and melody, cut the vocals and added his own beats to the rework.

Both artists met in Prague, where they shared both the stage and dancefloor at the Spectaculare festival. “There are only a few people in electronic music who make you completely immerse yourself into the groove and drift away – Nathan is one of them and I’m truly grateful for his version of Archery,” says The Micronaut. Nathan Fake’s rework is a warm and wandering piece that carries listeners along a fine line between darkness and light.
