Om Records Unveils “Wind Trades” from J Boogie’s Dubtronic Science & Carlos Araiza

In OM Records’ latest offering, the breezy “Wind Trades” by the renowned J Boogie’s Dubtronics Science adopts a steady beat and bright soundscape, encapsulating the feeling of a relaxing summer day at the beach within a 5-minute instrumental track.  “Wind Trades” is a vibe from the very first note when the strings come in and the break drops. The flute of Carlos Araiza seals the deal and there’s no denying this is another beloved song for the legacy books.

“Wind Trades” serves as the fifth single of the label’s upcoming OM RECORDS – 30 YEARS project, a compilation album celebrating the label’s 30th anniversary, to be released on May 8, 2026. Previous singles from OM Records – 30 Years include “Summer Haze” from Samantha James and Late Night Alumni (along with the B-side “Closer”), “Stay On My Mind” from Mark Farina, Homero Espinosa and Dani Siciliano, “Do It Right” from Groove Armada, and “The Sunshine” from Colette, Richard Earnshaw and Kenny Summit.
