Pedro Aguiar provides us with the latest release for the ever impressive Lost & Found label. Pedro, from Lisbon, has previously released music on great labels like Sudbeat, microCastle, Renaissance and more. The quality of his music has already made him a firm favourite with many respected names in music, including the Lost & Found main man himself, Guy J.

The title track of the EP, “Ego Tripping”, is a huge favourite of Guy’s, playing it in many of his shows around the world for months. Immediately locking you in with it’s hypnotic rhythm and bassline, swathes of synths and trippy vocals all add brilliantly to the atmosphere. Pedro constantly builds the tension and energy to create a progressive house monster. An excellent track from the young Portuguese producer.

“Perceptions” is a deep and dark journey. A great groove sends you on your way with energetic percussion really driving you on. Deep and eerie pads and synths, twisted bleeps, vocals and FX again create a great mood and tension to the track that keeps you fully engaged throughout.

“6AM Again” has a beautifully deep vibe for the afterhours. A gorgeous atmosphere and delicate melodies are complemented with a compelling groove. The percussion and samples used give the track a more organic feel and really shows the diversity of Pedro’s music. A lovely piece of music to complete a fantastic EP.

Pedro Aguiar provides a great addition to the Lost & Found catalogue of releases.
