Dave Seaman and Steve Parry’s new imprint returns with its third helping of dance floor flavours. The label has gotten off to a flying start with support from all corners of the DJ World including Hot Since 82, Nic Fanciulli, John Digweed, Coyu, Sasha, Ralf Gum, Richy Ahmed, Piemont & even Fatboy Slim!
Next up is Rychard, an up and coming Canadian producer who has previously released on Tiefschwarz fine Souvenir imprint and now gives us this huge summer house track. The punchy bassline combines with the insanely catchy vocal loop and cool fx while the melodies soar. Layer upon layer of smile inducing goodness. I can certainly see this getting played at the likes of Ushuaia in Ibiza by the likes of Sasha and Hot Since 82.
The first of the remixes comes fromCocoon favourites Danito & Agent who have been making big waves in the techno world recently. Their remix strips things back to a simple understated groove, utilising the riff and vocal. One that I can see being appealing to the techno and tech house DJs but sadly not one that really appeals to me. I tend to find it rather monotonous but don’t get me wrong, this is not a bad track at all. If you like your drums and grooves this will appeal.
And to complete the package is a tasty remix from Beaumont Stanford and my personal favourite in the release. The US based producer has already caused a fuss with releases on Funk D’Voids’ Outpost and Psycatron’s Inflyte labels. His mix is an epic affair, driven by a big baseline and with a drop that will stir any dance floor. If you think “Kid Creme – The Game (Kid’s Voodoo Instrumental Mix)” you are not a million miles away.
