XOYO Birmingham enjoyed a hugely successful opening last weekend, as the influential clubbing brand launched its new venue to packed out crowds. Digbeth was buzzing as Birmingham’s clubbers came out in their droves to experience the new indoor / outdoor, multi-room clubbing space for nearly 3000 people.
Encompassing three sites in Lower Trinity St, each of the five distinct spaces in the refurbished and upgraded venue – XOYO (main room), A/V, The Roof Garden, The Factory, The Yard – delivered a different vibe and the crowds showed their appreciation for the cutting edge production and decor, and a line up that included Fabio & Grooverider, BBC Radio 1’s Charlie Tee, Crazy P, 4AM Kru, Deekline b2b Ed Solo and many more.
The opening weekend included heavy support for local Birmingham talent and the XOYO main room dancefloor was full and jumping until the very last beat.
