UK music pioneer Subject 13 returns to R&S Records this summer with a feel- good breakbeat track destined to move festival crowds and underground clubs over the coming months and beyond.
Otherwise known as David Stewart, Subject 13 has been deploying genre bending electronic music over a career spanning 30 years, delivering tough edged drum & bass and hip hop that has found fans ranging from contemporary tastemakers such as BBC Radio 6’s Gilles Peterson, Fabio & Grooverider, LTJ Bukem and EBTG’s Ben Watt, and most importantly music lovers around the world.
New single ‘One More Chance’ is a blazing jazz-step D’n’B track, resplendent with smooth synth licks, deep Rhodes chords and floating vocals, all propelled by Subject 13’s precise and steady breakbeats.
